1. Non-Custodial Platform
Ownora is a non-custodial marketplace interface for digital identities on the Verus blockchain. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, wallet contents, or blockchain assets. All transactions are executed directly on the Verus blockchain through your wallet application. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction.
2. Namespace Governance
Collections and sub-identities created under the ownora@ namespace are subject to our governance policies. We reserve the right to manage namespace registration, enforce naming conventions, and address disputes within our namespace. Identities registered under other namespaces are governed by their respective namespace owners.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that Ownora cannot recover lost funds or assets. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use the platform to create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Content that infringes on intellectual property rights is subject to removal under our DMCA policy. Content flagged by our automated moderation system will be reviewed and may be blocked.
5. Dispute Resolution
For disputes related to platform access, namespace governance, or content moderation, please contact us through the channels listed on our website. For disputes related to blockchain transactions, we recommend engaging with the Verus community and utilizing the on-chain dispute resolution mechanisms available through the protocol.
6. Service Limitations
Ownora provides a read-only interface to blockchain data. We make no guarantees about data accuracy, availability, or completeness. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, blockchain network issues, or third-party service failures.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
