As a non-custodial platform, we do not collect personal data, wallet addresses, private keys, or any information about your blockchain holdings. We do not require account registration to browse collections. We do not track your wallet activity or transaction history.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary for platform operation:

• Analytics data: Anonymous usage statistics (page views, browser type, device type) via Vercel Analytics to improve the platform experience. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Performance data: Page load times and web vitals via Vercel Speed Insights to monitor and improve performance.
• DMCA submissions: When you submit a DMCA takedown request, we store the information you provide (name, email, content URL, description) to process your request. This data is stored securely and used only for DMCA processing.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management when you log in with your VerusID. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Analytics are collected without cookies where possible.

Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may process data when you use Ownora:

• Arweave: Permanent storage network. Content hosted on Arweave is publicly accessible.
• Vercel: Hosting platform. Processes standard web request data (IP addresses in server logs, which are retained per Vercel's privacy policy).

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard retention policy. DMCA submissions are retained for as long as necessary to process the request and comply with legal obligations. Moderation records are cached for up to 30 days for approved content.
